 8 Residential Towers of 24 floors (24 Lakh Sqft area)

Role: Steering wide gamut of tasks involved in Site Execution viz., awarding work to
teammates, contractors and supervising the same while site visit, getting the checking of installation
works as per approved BOQs and Drawings. Pre and post activity coordination with all relevant
personals & supporting departments. Service Requisitions & tracking for the orders, bills verification.
Significant Highlights:
 Handling the Installation works of Plumbing & Fire Fighting for Two Commercial Towers
of 16 & 12 floors along with 3 podiums and a Basement Level (Area- 2 million Sqft).
 Handling of project from very initial stage till now.
 Micro Scheduling & Planning.
 IMS Documentation.
 Site execution as Per OHSAS-180001, ISO-90001, ISO-140001.

Role: Site Execution for Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm & Smoke Detection &
BMS activities.
