Contributing in sourcing of candidates through Consultants, Job Portals, Internal Database, Referrals and Social networking sites.
Working and closing of job positions such as MBBS Doctors, Dentist, Physiotherapist, Dieticians as Aetna provides a facility of Tele medicine to its clients.
Closed positions all across the horizon starting from frontline hiring line, Leadership and mid/top management hiring.
Selection & Interviewing as well as Facilitation of Interviews by Departments.
Ensuring closure of key positions within TAT and Salary Limit.
Empanelment of consultants for hiring, recruitment contract approval and facilitation of processing of payments.
Conducting professional Reference Check as well as professional & personal Background Check on request.
Issuance of Offer Letter / Appointment letter to candidate.
Strong business focus and commitment to continuous improvement; proactively network and establish effective working relationship
Conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting
Continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
Manage a team of Recruiters, Associate recruiter and Recruitment Coordinators.
Hire and develop the best talent in the recruiting team, provide clear expectations to achieve our high performance goals. Coach, motivate and rewarding them.
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the market, candidate relationship management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
Monitor progress and manage escalations from internal/external stakeholders.
Work closely with line managers to understand workforce needs and provide proactive sourcing plans for IT positions
Strategic manpower planning for project specific recruitment within defined time frames
Responsible for Understanding and Forecasting Hiring needs.

Develop mechanism to create and maintain Knowledge Base & Resume bank
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
