• Formulation of the Bank's strategy, budget, and business development plans for the International Banking business;
• Develop policies and procedures for international banking division related to FI relationships, international syndication, project financing and structured trade finance businesses;

- Lead (IMLA) club loan for Daewoo rasing USD 180 million
- Financed Impresa Pizzarotti for a Healthcare project in Kuwait - USD700 million
Key Achievements:
* Established CBK’s international syndication and MNC team post global financial crisis;
* Originated CBK’s first international syndication transaction in the lead role;
* Funded assets grew by 3.5x in value and new clients by over 3x during the period May2015 to 2019;
* Maintained zero non performing loan (NPL) ratio in the international portfolio;
Significant Contributions
* Demonstrated skills and abilities in assisting clients by providing valuation advice in cases, such as sale of businesses,
capital increase, mergers, debt swap, etc;
* Actively involved in the portfolio valuation for private equity funds, banks & other capital markets;

restructuring / rescheduling & assistance in negotiation, turnaround planning and implementation;

As internship during my MBA, I briefly worked for an investment company, Peerless Securities ltd. in India, wherein I had prepared a scheme for the senior citizen, after analyzing their Risk‐Return profile. Further, I had also worked for ICFAI Press, wherein I was responsible for content development and article writing.
