As part of the engagement, I was involved in
• Requirement gathering of Business reports interacting with Functional team.
• Preparing Technical Specification based on Functional Specification.
• Installing Business Content Data Sources as per the requirements.
• Worked on BW on HANA and migrating standard SAP modules to In-memory optimized models.
• Created Advanced DSO for Reporting Layer.
• Involved in creating Classical DSO for Data Propagation Layer.
• Designed and developed process chains for master & transaction data Loads, and these Process chain are scheduled for periodic loads.
• Created custom queries and defined Calculated Key figure and Restricted Key figure, Conditions and Exceptions, Text and Characteristics Value variables with Customer Exit etc.,
• Involved in Unit & Integration testing and maintained the results in Unit test case document.
• Worked with Generic data sources with Table, View & Function Module to fulfill the report requirements.
• Work on Data-Mining Concepts Analysis Process Design to minimize the time consuming of report execution
• Involved in Enhancements, Maintain and Support Work Requests.
• Involving daily base Tickets (Foot Print Cases).
• Enhancement and production support to ensure service level expectations.
• Assist in the design, development, implementation and support of technical specifications related to ODS, Cube, Multi providers, and Query design development within the established timeframes as it relates to change requests.
• Ensuring for functionality, availability, performance and security.
• Analyzing and providing solutions for Foot print cases with a high sense of urgency.
• Automated the data loads which are done manually in the project and so saved much time for the resources in daily monitoring of data loads.
• Created Process Chain for Cube Compression, PSA Deletion, Events and Rollups on Info cube. Maintaining Process chains.
• Providing daily Production support from Offshore.
• Monitored Data loads and failed data packets were analyzed and edited manually
• Experience in Info Cube managing activities like creating Indices, Rollup and compressing the data in Data Targets.
• Used Bex Analyzer for Query Designing and created simple Queries and created Reporting Agent settings to send mails to the concern when an exception is encountered.
