• To maintain the highly sensitive watch products of (Timex Group India Ltd.) and report to HO (Quality assurance & Logistic Dept).
• Responsible for logistic supply chain & Inventory management.
• Follows the Standard Operating Process (S.O.P) of M/s Timex Group India Ltd Standards & packaging of the Watch material.
• Responsible for CFA activities inventory, stock indent stock receipt and issue.
• Procurement of the payments from all over distributors of our region.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, including handling of correspondence some of which may be of a Sensitive and confidential nature; Produce documents, and spreadsheets with a high level of quality.
• Compose written materials and correspondence to internal and external (customer) Associates, including e-mail Messages, invitations, and responses.
• Perform duties with a high level of professionalism and moderate supervision & managing databases.
• Ensure compliance and implementation of quality and documentation standards Management reporting for supply chain operations to HO.
• Inventory management including watch counts, audits, and follow up on shipments.
