• Monthly payroll fund transfer through SB system of ENBD
• Monthly costing report and other reports generation and presenting to Management
• Reconciliation of payroll to match with Finance set of books
• Providing HR and Payroll details to Internal/External and Government Auditors as and when required
 HR Duties & Responsibilities (from September 2008)
• Personal files & benefit administration of Employees of the company and the port folio companies
• Visa process - Coordination with Government Relations team for medical appointment, visa stamping etc
• Employee benefit administration - Medical, Dental, Education etc - periodically updating the HR files accordingly
• Keeping records of annual leave, business trips, annual air tickets and all kinds of reimbursements of employees.
• Administration of new joiners in settling them down and for resigned/redundant employees to settle their Final Settlement.
 Real Estate Management (from January 2011)
• Leasing units - residential and retail, execution of new and renewal of tenancy agreements
• Managing Cash and cheque register and banking rental Cheque/Cash, reconciliation of bank statement and rental deposits and providing deposit details to Finance team for them to pass accounting entries.
• Following up of pending payments
• Exit formalities of vacating tenants - Refurbishment of units, Refund of deposit etc
• Facility Management and Security Service Management
• Payment processing for the fixed and variable FM related works - RFP, Approval, Transfer letter/Payment cheque preparation
• CCTV/Access control system management
• Tenants' grievance
• Coordination with Private RE agents in finding new tenants
• Ejari Registration of IC units and coordination with other entities like RERA, DEWA, DCD etc
 Office Administration (from September 2008)
• Contracts, SLAs and Lease agreements of the company.
• Fixed Asset Management, Custodian of company IT assets like Laptops, PCs, Black berries and mobile phones, deals with all IT requirements of employees.
• Cost allocation to Corporate office and other BUs.
• Workflow management and streamlining approval hierarchy for BTRs, Opex/Capex, Workflow system, HRMS etc according to organizational changes
• Website Management - revamped IW website, continues with content management
• Handling Telecom, IT, Admin MRF Demands management and IT Hardware and Software requirements
• Procurement, subscriptions etc - implemented Procurement process and LPO system when admin functions were decentralized by Group. Printing stationery - Business Cards, Letter Heads, Stamps, Several Forms etc
• Petty cash custodian and Trigger payment process for office expenses coordinating with Payable section in Finance department.
• Office fit out, interior design works and Office relocation
• Company transportation, drivers’ management etc
• Process phone bills: payment of bills, deduction of personal call charges from employees coordinating with payroll, Coordination with Etisalat, Du, DEWA, DCD, Land Department and other government bodies.
• IW Americas office administration including utility payment process and coordination with Building management.
