 Follow up of International staff Appraisal forms with Area Coordinators.
 Manage the presence of ACTED International staff in Area Gust house and communicate with logistic dept. to provide necessary requirements (food, bed clothes, towels, kitchen hygiene materials etc.
 Supervise the work of Cleaners/Guards and maintenance personnel.
 Fill the personal file for all expats employees collect the needed documents for expats personal files contract, passport, residency permit, leave request, vacation request, and attendance sheets)
 Ensure that expats personal files are always completed and accurate Control and supervise expat attendance sheet in a monthly basis Prepare and update the business cards for expats.
 Ensure timely payment of bills for rent telephone internet electricity water etc.
 Make all travel and visa arrangements for staffs
 Filling in liaise with FLAT officer all administrative documents and letters
 Supervise the cleaning of the offices/guesthouse Properly maintain living accommodation
 Communicate with customers, employees, and other Individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address
complaints.
 Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a
 computer.
 Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
 Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks.
 Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
 Process and prepare documents, such as business or government forms and expense reports.
 Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
 Complete work schedules, manage calendars, and arrange appointments.
