Working as a senior consultant for AD and exchange for the Client MEEZA, QSTP on contract with HCL.
Primary responsibility of managing the Active directory and Exchange 2010 Infrastructure of multiple clients and lead the projects related to same.
Lead and coordinate the projects, assign timeline and provide tier 2/tier 3 support on windows and exchange related issues and new projects.
Take part in the Exchange 2013 infrastructure design and migration projects and Identify automation scopes, develop and Implement PowerShell scripts related to migration, monitoring, reporting etc.
Represent the company and with external vendors. Facilitate and/or coordinate interactions with these parties as needed to deliver results.
Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines and ensure client’s needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
Provide tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting support of enterprise messaging issues, ownership of typical Exchange server issues, work to resolution and root cause identification.
Investigating user escalation calls, finding optimum solutions
Creating and maintaining knowledge base for common issue’s for helpdesk, maintaining documentation of technologies, standard and procedures.
Participate in defined team projects, activities such as new deployments and provide on-call support for the messaging environment for critical server issues.
Performing Blackberry Enterprise server administrations such as Bulk deployment of Enterprise Apps, Device provisioning, Java certificate deployment, configuring application and IT policies
Identification and resolution of issues on enterprise vault from client and server end
Single mailbox recovery from snap manager for exchange, identifying and fixing critical backup issues
Mobile device management from Mobile Iron. Troubleshooting email sync and device management issues for mobile iron.
Operate within Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ITIL Framework practices & Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Key Achievements
1. Successfully carried out end to end Exchange server migration on the multisite exchange 2010 organization (12000+ mailboxes) to Exchange 2013, with scripting of bulk migration activities
2. Successfully carried out new Exchange server deployments, server upgrades policy implementation etc.
3. Identifying the key automation areas and developing multiple PowerShell Scripts for the optimization, auditing, monitoring & reporting on the AD Exchange infrastructure, Windows servers, Lync and VMware infrastructure
4. Completed the migration of BES 5 infrastructure user, policies, roles, certificated deployment to Blackberry 10 infrastructure and performed the Integration of Exchange and Lync to Blackberry collaboration services
Performed all levels of work including L1 and L2.
Provided remote assistance to clients from US, Canada, Australia & the Middle East on different desktop and server related issues on call or using tools like LogMeIn, VNC, ZoHo assist etc.
Lead responsibility in designing, implementing and administering exchange 2010 servers for organization on physical or virtual servers, IIS server’s configuration and troubleshooting.

Administration and optimization of exchange 2003, 2007 and 2010 email environments, IMAP, POP3 & SMTP config, certificates, Address book, Autodiscover, OWA database migrations, server migrations etc.

Provide daily interaction with front-line Support Engineers to provide technical action plans for, or take ownership of the escalated tickets.
Implementation and management of in-house or cloud based monitoring tools to monitor server uptime, service & process availability and handling of high severity alerts meeting the SLA
