Managed a team of 80 QA/QC Engineers and 3 QA/QC Managers effectively
Managed all QA/ QC activities of the project as per ISO 9001-2000
Prepared the PQP & reviewed the Method Statements, ITPs & Checklists
Managed welder qualification (6G) for 200 welders as per ASME & AWS
Developed WPS & PQR as per ASME & AWS standards & for stud welding

consultant (M/s DAR Al HANDASAH) and Main Contractor (HMRT -Al HABTOOR
MURRAY & ROBERTS TAKENAKA JV) . The project involved all types of MEP
installations in addition to SAS (Special Airport Systems)

QHSE Manager for the conversion of Warehouse into office spaces at PDO Mina Al Fahal.
QA and HSE Manager for the construction of new Mosque at PDO Fahud.
QHSE Manager for construction of Supply office building at PDO Nimr.
QA Engineer for the construction of Permanent Accommodation Units (PAC) for PDO at Qarn Alam.
QA Engineer for construction of the first Planetarium in Oman for PDO.
QA Engineer for the construction of new STP projects at Bahja and Nimr locations of PDO.
QA Engineer for the STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) project at Qarn Alam for Petroleum Development Oman (PDO).

Monitor the incoming inspection of materials, fabrication inspection, machine shop inspection and conduct the final product inspection and testing

Nucor Wires were manufacturing welding consumables like flux-cored wires (FCW), welding electrodes including special purpose electrodes. The company had technical collaboration with M/s. Alloy Rods Corporation USA, an ESAB group company, for the manufacture of flux-cored welding wires.
