Gmmco the Caterpillar Dealer for West, Central and Southern India is responsible for
Marketing and Support of Construction Equipments, Earth Moving Equipments,
Mining equipments and Gensets / Engines.
Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning
sales & marketing strategies.
Managing sales and marketing operations, ensuring accomplishment of set business targets.
Analyzing & reviewing the market response/ requirements and communicating the same to the teams for
accomplishment of the business goals.
Mapping client’s requirements & providing best products to suit their requirements; generating business from
existing accounts and achieving profitability & sales growth.
Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major corporate & institutional clients, ensuring maximum
customer satisfaction.
Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
Moving away from supplier relationships to form enterprise level partnerships with key prospective customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants and customers.

Deciding pricing levels in conjunction with market demand / management.
Project order negotiation and finalizing the order along with Director- Projects & Applications.
Negotiate vendor sub orders, and monitor projects to ensure control over delivery, cost and quality.
Meeting MEP contractors / consultants for technical discussions.
Implement the ISO procedures.
Closure of customer complaints on time.
Appropriate Corrective / Preventive actions to be initiated and implement on customer complaints
Preparing the installation designs, design calculations and coordinating with the MEP contractors / consultants.
Day to day control of specific works and projects, including design considerations and co-ordination with suppliers,
customers and other trades, witness tests etc.
Review of technical enquiries and provide the customer with necessary technical data.
Preparation of techno-commercial offers.
Dealer support for sales and projects.
Technical assistance to dealers / service team.
Coordinating with after sales and modification section.
Preparation & timely submission of technical submittals.
Supporting service team during project gensets commissioning.
Preparing the factory order and onward processing
Ensuring the necessary documentation for dispatching the gensets as per agreed terms with the customer.
Ensure operations comply with Health & Safety requirements and documentation regime of FG Wilson QHSE
system.
Monitor costs and achieve financial performance allocated.
Maintain quality of workmanship and standards.
Selection of suppliers & subcontractors etc on a contract to contract basis (competitive quotations).
Conduct site surveys as required.
PROJECTS
Completed a project on DCS & PLC with Rashtriya chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd., Mumbai on Power system automation
in 2004.
Completed projects for 11KV Power transmission with 6Nos 2000KVA synchronization in Saadiyat Island, Abudhabi.
Turnkey Installation and operation of 7.5MVA Power Station for Australian Defence Force, Dubai
Turnkey Installation and operation of 12 MVA 11 KV Power Station at Manarat al Saadiyat for TDIC.
