Started supervising the receivables
section. Helping the receivable staff for invoicing and customer follow-ups.
Prepared budget for a subsidiary of Wafi Transport for the financial year 2019-
2020. This covered every aspect from Revenue and Expenses to Balance sheetline
items.
Handled the inventory of the company and assisted in maintaining accurate
inventory records. Also started maintaining inventory master which gave me a brief
idea about the products and costing of the items as the inventory record is based
on WACC.
Initially handled the payables section that gave me the starting flow of thecore
activities. Alongside, also handled bank reconciliations performed everyweek.
Acquired detailed knowledge and workflow process of theaccounting
software ‘Oracle’.
Performed analysis of monthly revenue and respective costassociated
with it through monthly reports.
Assisted the manager in preparing financial budget which included all
financial statements.
I had been working as auditor, where I had performed external audits on clients. It had helped me gain more knowledge and how different clients have different accounting systems.
I had performed auditing procedures on every financial statement line items. Few clients had to comply with Dubai International Financial Centre which had made me obtain detailed knowledge about rules and regulations according to DFSA.
I have completed Association of Ceritified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and currently pursuing BSc (Hons) degree.
