1) Supervises and directs the day-to-day operation of the cleaning teams to ensure timely, high quality and consistent work.

2) Monitors and evaluates staffs performance


3) Plans, schedule and supervises work of the program staff.

4) Monitors and evaluates performance including inspections of cleaning sites as and when required to ensure quality standards are met; conducts performance reviews; provides hiring firing input; enforces agency personnel policies and procedures.


5) Estimates cost of job and provides professional and timely service for customers around such issues as quality control, problems solving, and scheduling requests.

6) Request replacement supplies as needed. Assists in development and implementation of procedures and regulation for a safe working environment.


7) Plans, develops, conducts, and evaluates training for cleaning teams and establishes linkages to appropriate external training to attain agency, departmental and individual team member goals.

8) Serves as back up for cleaning team and other job duties as assigned by management.
