He is responsible for Leading and Managing Projects to ensure on time smooth Project delivery achieving desired Business benefits with Business Process Risk Assessment & Process Re-design engagements for major global/domestic organizations. Additionally, he has worked on diverse Business development, consulting engagements, handling multiple IT Strategy & Project Management Office (PMO) assignments for prestigious clients across multiple domains.
He has worked on SAP MM, PP and QM modules along with integration with other modules (PS, FICO, SD, HR, PM and IS Retail). He has also worked on engagements related to SAP-SOLMAN, SAP-SRM, SAP-ITGC, SoD and some Non-SAP applications.
He has experience in 15+ projects which includes Domestic as well as International clients ERP application controls review, Product Costing Advisory, EHP Upgrade advisory, 3 end to end implementation Projects of SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 & SAP-AFS 6.3, SAP support Projects and other third party Software’s

2. Worked as SAP PP consultant in SAP Revamping Project - Auditing and Process Enhancement. Client - Kirloskar Brothers Limited
SAP implementation and support, SAP Roles and Authorization, IT Strategy, IT Budgeting, IT Roadmap,
Looking after the Sourcing (Especially high value Silk & Bio Cotton) & Procurement of fabric, Labels etc. from all over India and Asia viz China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, etc.
Fabric Sample Developments (Lab Dips, Swatches, Hangers etc.) as per the requirement.
Coordinating with the Subcontracting Vendors-Printing, Dyeing, Embroidery, finishing etc.
Coordinating for Fabric testing (SGS etc.) & approval based on predefined buyer standards/norms.
Raw Material (Fabric etc.) & other services cost bargaining & Order placing.
Follow up with the Vendor/Supplier as well as with the Transporter to ensure that the fabric, Labels & finished product will be in housed On Time in Full.
Coordinating with Commercial Department for LC opening & Vendor Payment.
ACADEMIC EXTRA/CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES: Training and Placement Student Coordinator. Member of student’s body of Textile Association of India. Presented a paper on “Fashion Forecasting” in Texcreative’07 a National Level Technical Symposium of Dept. of Textile Tech. Bapuji Inst. of Engg. & Tech., Davangere Karnataka. Head of Advertisement Committee, “Prayas-2006” & member advertisement committee“Prayas-2005” a national level Symposium of Dept. of Textile Tech. SVITS, Indore.
