Genesis Solutions is region's emerging ICT Service Provider, with its major partnership with Microsoft, RedHat, AWS, Dell, Versa, Telstra, Gigamon, and many other leading ICT vendors.

The role is not only to manage Business Development and Account Management but also to position the company as a key player in ICT and cloud service provider in the UAE region. In addition to this, I manage the end-to-end sales operations and objectives of the company that includes:

-Functional responsibility for Marketing, Sales, Communication, Pricing, Product Development, and Customer Experience.
-Delivery of Sales objectives across all Commercial sales channels.
-Maintain the profitability of various verticals of business.
-Develop an Enterprise Business Unit Strategy and plan for execution.
-Develop new customer database and existing customer retention with excellent account management strategies.
-Develop and maintain vendor relations.
-Active involvement in the Establishment of the Enterprise Business Division within the company and its business model
