Job Descriptions : Follow up the shipment with the supplier according to the shipment plan
Coordinate and negotiate with the supplier and forwarder to arrive the
inventory in time, Corporate with agent to get the inventory to get in time
Check and count the ground inventory with stores and warehouse to
reconcile monthly, Arrange the new products launch and seasonal promotion
items, Record separately for damage and obsolete inventory,
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties, Customer Income Tax cases

-Arrange to delivery the inventory to stores and confirm with the stock situation.
-Informtoshortage the items to the brand manager and supplier.
-Check and count the ground inventory with stores and warehouse to reconcile monthly.
-Arrange the new products launch and seasonal promotion items.
- Record damage item in the damage register and inform to finance Dept.
-Record separately for damage and obsolete inventory.
-Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties.
