Conducting trainings about polices and material, chemical competence to employees ensure the standards rules
- Ensure safety rules and proceedings are followed with in mall standards
- Observing and Evaluate performance
-Mastering constructive confrontations when confronted with emotional employees by identifying its core .
-Managing unfit for duty employees.
-Dispensing discipline among staffs and investigating complaints
- Acting to prevent Violence by resolving co- employee conflicts and report any relevant issues regardless of who cooperatively with management
To answer queries from clients, referring them to contact points at which they can obtain further information.
Ensure the Company property, floors are protected from the contractor and the cleaning departments in Dubai mall
· Ensure that all sickness, absence and holidays are reported in line with company procedures.
· Ensures teamwork within individual teams & Interfaces regularly with the customers & clients when required meeting & exceeding their expectations
Encourage & handle customer feedback quickly and effectively, in a positive manner
