1. Project Engineer (Electrical)
Projects: New Mizhar Villa (G+1) June 2015-Present
RAK New Villa (G+1) June 2015-Present
- Checking of proposed drawings from consultant prior to owner’s approval
- Arrange all materials/equipment which under scope of the client as required in site
- Preparing progress reports in parallel from the submitted work of the contractor for cross checking
- Evaluation of the billing of the contractor based on actual site progress as per BoQ
- Preparing and accessing the payments to be released to contractors and suppliers
- Attending inspection/site visit for checking of the work and make sure all work is planned and scheduled
2. Maintenance Engineer
- Make summarized report for contractors/suppliers quotation prior to rectifications, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) of the buildings.
- Make maintenance report for the system of the building
- Preparing and accessing payments for the maintenance made on the systems of the buildings such as (Lift, Fire Firefighting Sytem, PestControl, Water Tank Cleaning, CCTV System)
- Crosschecking of the rectifications made from the building
- Monitoring and checking building status
- Reviewing service reports made by the contractors
- Estimating quantities as per plan
- Manual and digital take offs
- Prepares/update unit price analysis
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities for Electrical scope
- Costing for Electrical and Low Voltage System
- Request for quotation in the supplier (Budgetary purpose)
- Consolidates Bid Proposals of the contractor and supplier
- Conducts reconciliation to the contractor
- Conducts clarification meetings
Testing and Commissioning Engineer
- Preparation of RIW’s (Request for inspection of work)
- Conducts initial insulation and continuity test (Electrical)
- Conducts initial smoke test (HVAC)
- Review the materials/installations as per QA/QC requirements
- Prepare method statements and material submittals
Jr. Project Engineer
- Reviewing and evaluating construction plans and its specifications prior to implementation.
- Assist Project in Charge in constructing methodology for the project. Such as rough-ins, wiring, installation and testing & commissioning.
- Prepares requisition for materials, tools and manpower
- Supervise and monitor work progress of the project
- Attends weekly site meeting construction coordination meeting and management meeting
- Assist Project in Charge for the submission of the balance scope of work to the Project Manager
