I founded and scaled a creative studio focused on building strategic brand identities, digital products, and
3D production for a global client base, spanning from England and Poland to the Seychelles.
I lead every stage ofthe process, turning initial discovery and strategy into high-impact, finished systems
that drive business results.

I specialised in creating animation-ready 3D character assets, paired with professional rigging that ensured fluid movement. My focus was on turning stylised concepts into high-performance assets that fit seamlessly into the production pipelines, balancing technical precision with visual impact.

I supported production teams in building high-quality 3D assets, ranging from character design to
environment modelling and texturing. I worked directly within Unreal Engine, turning technical scene
setups and rendering into unified visual stories that met the demands ofthe project.

I took full ownership of design projects for a diverse client roster, turning strategic market research and
emerging trends into original advertising campaigns. I led these initiatives from the first concept through
to final implementation, ensuring every asset served a clear business goal. Additionally, I supported
executive leadership by providing high-level strategic coordination to keep complex operations moving
forward.

I supported the CEO and senior leadership in a fast-paced tech environment, turning complex schedules
and high-volume correspondence into streamlined operations. I managed delegation and project
monitoring with a steady hand, ensuring every moving part aligned with our broader organisational goals.
