Position: Lead C4I Architect and RSADF Advisor. Engaged into a number of defence projects providing RFP preparation, Requirements stage, Procurement advice, development of the Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and overall implementation of High Level Architecture. Entities to partner. Translates business strategy into technology strategy; Develops and maintains IT strategy and owns the related Enterprise Architecture.
Position: C4I Information Technology (IT) officer of the Ministry of Defense (Analysis, C++, Java, UML). Responsible for the Concept of Operation development for the C4I Program. Create the Concept of Operation (CONOPS) development activities, collection of data for the C4I Program, meeting with the Site representatives to collect information regarding development of the concept of operation for the C4I Program. Also provided strategic guidance to organization with regard to new technologies. Provide guidance during selection and procurement as well provide highly expert technical assistance during implementation, testing, acceptance and final delivery of the C4I Program. Strong experience in n multi-disciplines (SIGINT, IMINT, and Cryptology), and all-source intelligence analysis.
In cooperation with NOSWG to update architectural evolution. Experienced in Analysis of current processes, documentation of external requirements in cooperation with customers, analysis of external requirements, analysis of gap between requirements and current processes, design new processes bridging gaps between exiting and new processes, assist in implementing new processes. I am expert in Visio, PowerPoint, TOGAF, ITIL, SOA. I am experienced in designing ITIL processes, experienced in working with SOA (Open Group framework), experienced in working with large IT organizations like NATO and National systems and more than 5 years of ITIL process design. Experience in Concept of Operation of C4I Experienced in related data collection, report writing and presentation, meeting with related authorities. Capable of liaising with staff at all levels of the Military/Government organization. Able to prepare documentation and presenting progress reports to Senior Management. RFP writing support for Concept of Operation Ensuring the assistance needed to implement the recommendations/solutions. Identify key challenges, critical uncertainties and gaps.

web content manager. Transition from the System oriented approach to the Service oriented
approach.

Planning, development and implementation of HAF/C3 systems according to the approved

activities. Convene meetings of the NDAG, with date and venues to be agreed in advance on an annual basis. In a temporary absence during NDAG meetings be replaced by the Vice-
Chairman. Attend or be represented at Information Systems Sub-Committee meetings and respond to questions from the Information Systems Sub-Committee when required.
Ensure that the NDAG is informed of guidance given and/or decisions made by the
Information Systems Sub-Committee and, where appropriate, that these be addressed by the NDAG. Appoint the chairmen of the NDAG syndicates. Maintain and regularly update a
listing of all documents related to the work of the NDAG.
