Operates ultra-class rigid haul trucks, CAT 793 and Komatsu 930E, safely and efficiently in the Grasberg open pit mine. Consistently conducts detailed Pre-Count Inspections (P2H) to detect potential unit damage early and minimize work-related incidents. Successfully achieves ore and overburden hauling targets according to company-set productivity standards. Implements strict compliance with Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental (K3LH) regulations in extreme, high-altitude work environments. Maintains professionalism and technical readiness as a company employee during the mine's operational transition period.

Participated in an intensive education and training program on the
theory and practice of operating standard mining industry heavy
equipment.

Completed a simulator training program and field practice for the
Haul Truck unit under the guidance of a professional instructor.

Undertook basic fleet maintenance practice to understand the
mechanical aspects and operational feasibility of the unit before
operation. Participated in intensive training on the theory and practice
of operating standard mining industry heavy equipment globally.

Gained a deep understanding of Mining Safety Culture, K3LH, risk
management in active mining areas, and emergency response
procedures.

Underwent on-the-job training in PT Freeport Indonesia's operational
area under full supervision, adhering to occupational safety
standards. After passing the course, I was immediately transferred to
a permanent position at PT Freeport Indonesia in 2008
