Search for suppliers to ask a quotation.
Prepare a Quotations Comparison Sheet and check for the price (cheapest).
Coordinate with the suppliers for orders.
Dealing with the suppliers to ask for the cheapest price and good quality
Prepare orders list
Schedule delivery order
Tracking of delivery items
Review and received invoices for delivered items
Directly reporting to the General Manager
Caring for Customers
Handling Customer Concerns Development Training
Opens and prepares files for vehicle sales and dealer exchanges
Organizes and plans dealer exchanges, together with the sales manager.
Prepares various statistical reports on sales, stock, orders and management. Forwards the reports to the sales manager.
Forwards the information required to invoice the dealership exchanges to accounting.
Mainly responsible in the processing and monitoring of closed projects.
Deals directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Handle and resolve customer complaints and after sales concerns as promptly as it can be.
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
Coordinates closely with the Vice President for the smooth implementation of the team strategy
Maintains contacts with clients to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Proactively establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the entire support department.
Conducts Contract Reviews of closed accounts prior to production
Coordinates with Plant Head regarding schedules of deliveries of projects as well as other related concerns related to the said project.
Adheres to company policies, procedures, business ethics and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Promotes properties to potential buyers
Provides advice to potential buyers.
Present ideas necessary in the promotion of properties
As a front liner, assist depositors and other closed bank’s clients at the PDIC Helpdesk.
Respond to telephone queries of depositors and other clients of the Corporation.
Coordinate depositor’s requests and concerns regarding claims for insured deposits, appeal for reconsiderations for denied claims, cancellation of Real Estate Mortgage (REM) and request for Statement of Accounts.
Liaise with the Local Government Units (LGU) regarding bank takeovers and Claims Settlement Operations (CSO)
Coordinate press releases to local media.
Assist the PR Group in the conduct of Special Affairs and other corporate activities
Assist members of the Secretariat in the conduct of corporate special events.
Provide administrative support to the Vice President of the Corporate Affairs Group.
