Presently I am working as a conversion plants Operations/Maintenance Manager in esteemed Petrochemical conversion company (PCC) Al-Khater group. (previously a joint venture between Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SIIG) and Arabian Chevron Phillips) in Jubail-2 Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Under operational excellence working environment, HSE safety & food safety standards.


SYNOPSIS OF EXPERIENCE

I have successfully contributed over 25 years in national and international manufacturing industries. Production of plastics products - Juice bottling & packaging, industrial, house hold, health care and automotive etc. under food safety environment and plastics processing with exposure to polyolefin and engineering plastics materials.

In-depth exposure to injection, blow, extrusion and EPS molding machines, pelletizers, compounding machines including dosing and feeding systems.
Practiced & planned preventive and breakdown activities covering pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical maintenance (2.2 MV, 34.5 KV & 115 KV).

I have knowledge in using AUTO CAD for mould designs and development according to customer requirements, Enterprise assets management(EAM) and also knowledge in SAP-PP Module. (ERP).
