Work closely with Lebanese and refugee girls (13-16 years old), provide and monitor assessments on the field to
understand their perspectives.
• Ensure that girls are committed to education and that they receive the scholarship amount, in addition to how it is
spent.
• Follow up on their attendance and grades.
• Coordinate with the schools' directors to collect attendance and to follow up closely with our sensitive cases.
• Monitor retention classes and cooperate with partners to ensure that our beneficiaries benefit and receive what they
require.
• Ensure that targeted girls are not exposed to any form of harm or stress.
• Keep the line manager informed about any difficulty met in the field implementation and refer cases when needed.
• Contribute Events (Career Day, world children’s Day, QUDWA initiatives: Early marriage, Child labor...)
• Prepare and submit reports (Field feedback, retention classes updates, and weekly reports).
• Refer sensitive cases to RIMS and follow up to make sure that our case receives the necessary services
