• Ensure that nursing care meets DHCR regulatory standards.

• Screen patients for appropriate information such as current complaint, medication history social history and others.
• Prepare the patient for physical examination.
• Assist provider during patient’s appointment and help manage the follow up care.
• Follow up on patients post procedure and relay to doctors unusual manifestations.
• Provide patient complete information and instructions upon discharge.
• Discharge the patients according to doctor’s orders such as filling laboratory and diagnostic request and insurance form.
• Obtain blood specimen by performing venipuncture and communicated results.
• Educate patients for medication, exercise, diet, lifestyle modification and others.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
• Respond to telephone or email inquiries relation to patients, laboratory requests, prescription and others.
• Manage the equipment’s, medications and consumable inventory both for clinic and surgery inventory.
• Performed other related duties within the clinic as may be assigned job.
• Help maintain good communication between patient and providers and directly involved in creating and implementing each patient’s plan of care.
• Ensuring the provision of care pre and post-operation is to the highest standard.
• Ensuring all records and reports are accurate, correct and confidential
