Approving Shipments from Host Brand in line with Custom compliances (8 Markets: Kuwait, UAE, KSA, Egypt, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Lebanon). .Coordinating Deliveries of goods from Supplier to Warehouses and to Stores. Processing Suppliers Invoices to settle payments. Initiates Advance Shipping Note and Stores Requests through AIMS and GOLD systems.
Responsible for timely and effective delivery of marketing program within Host Brand and Alshaya guidelines, collaborating closely within the Marketing and Communication functions.
Responsible in Planning, Organizing, Printing, Implementing and Shipping All Markets' (Kuwait, Bahrain, Lebanon, Jordan, Oman, UAE, Qatar, KSA and Egypt.) Seasonal Graphics including Generic and Promotional POS. Finance Records Initiator and Record Keeper including Administrative Tasks.
