- Ensure the delivery of Supply chain strategic objectives and meeting financial and operational KPIs assigned.
-Assist in creating all supply chain reports and documents as required.
-Gain knowledge of process functions through cross-departmental communication, and create recommendations for improving the accuracy and reliability of the processes.
-Ensure all SC projects comply with the Operational framework, strategies, processes and services.
-Develop and document systems policies and standards and support system users.
- Identifying and leading analysis to support data-driven decisions about supply chain risk and vendor performance.
- Direct/participate in negotiations for major purchases or service agreements as necessary.
- Select systems and applications to ensure robust demand planning, order fulfillment, inventory control and operations process efficiency.

Devise policies and procedures (SOP’s) for the smooth functioning of supply chain operations.
Plan and prepare the budget of company's supply chain activities and ensure that spending is within the specified budget.
Lead the procurement function and ensure that all purchases are within the specified time lines.
Design and implement the warehouse infrastructure or make improvements in the existing warehouse storage system.
Coordinate the sales and operations planning process including supply / demand forecasting, inventory management and on time delivery.
Identify and manage risk within the supply chain and address strategic supply chain issues.
Implement plans and processes which minimize supply chain costs by effective utilization of available resources.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to supply chain.
Manage the import and export related activities and effort to reduce the demurrage and other related cost.
Coordinate with other functions within the business in order to ensure effective and efficient interdepartmental cooperation.
Encourage and initiate the use of new techniques to meet the customer expectations.
Ensure that adequate manpower and resources are available to meet the target

• Manage procurements, logistics, materials planning, product availability and warehousing operations.
• Develop and implement Materials strategy and related operational policy & procedures.
• Design and implement a Materials business plan supporting company business strategy that can be adapted to the changing market conditions, new business opportunities and cost reduction strategies.
• Manage Materials Department and its day to day activities of purchasing, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate and manage Materials activities with other functional areas, such as Finance, Operation, and Quality Assurance.
• Negotiate agreements with local carriers, forwarding and customs agent.
• Negotiate and place cost effective measures and agreements with local and overseas vendors.
• Prepare Purchasing and Transport long term contracts with vendors, suppliers, local carriers, etc.
• Communicate and coordinate with all parties involved in relation to materials movements.

Team Management
Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members
Deliver team member performance reviews, development and/or succession planning as appropriate
Develop close relationships with the Customers
Manage all disciplinary and grievance issues (complaints) in line with HR policy
Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)

- Plans and organizes the warehouses and yard areas for maximum use and efficiency.
- Supervises subordinate personnel including: hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions.
- Ensures that there is an adequate supply of materials available. Orders, receives, inspects, and stores equipment, commodities, materials, and/or supplies.
-Maintains inventory records and tracking system.
- Arrange Customs documents for all exports according to destination countries requirements to ensure no penalties or delays occur.
- Monitoring the integration between the activities of the area warehouses and the different organizational entities to ensure the application of an effective supply chain

Managing Logistic department
Oversee warehouse operations to ensure that tasks / processes are carried out safely, efficiently and effectively
Manage projects and improvement activities to improve the performance of warehouse and logistics operations.
Maintain all necessary records of goods stored and dispatched using the company’s core business system
Supervise all store-related functions
including personnel, inventory, physical distribution, maintenance and record-keeping
Aid manufacturing department in scheduling production orders to satisfy corporate priorities.· Process all store orders and schedule materials, delivery dates, transportation orders.· Lead and direct staff to ensure they are appropriately trained and well motivated and they carry out their responsibilities to required levels. ·Controlling all company stores kingdom wise.·
Implementation of company activities (Polices, Procedure) as per ISO.

• Follow up all correspondences from / to Consultant Engineering office.
• Attending all governmental bids.
• Coordinate the activates of consultant engineering office with other departments in the group.
• Reporting to consultant engineering manager.

• Coordinate and communicate with key accounts of spare parts.
• Check the availability of spare parts stock.
• Controlling invoicing by system.
• Solving the problems of daily activates.
• Reporting to general manager.
