Sadaf is a sister company to Anwar and it is a paint contracting company.
Supply and apply all types of paints (Internal, External and flooring paint), and from all companies (National, Jotun, Pachin, Ecc…)
Responsible for all sales and purchasing activates
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Following up Projects progress and payments.
• Follow all ISO procedures regarding purchasing department.
• Manage purchasing activity of foreign and local suppliers.
• Constantly monitor suppliers and vendor quotes, oversee selection of vendors and appoint authorized vendors, review vendors performance and quality of material.
• Follow-up with Finance department and fulfill their requirements to ensure proper execution of required payments on purchases ordered
• Keep supplier database current and accurate and develop long term relations with suppliers and distributors.
• Deliver cost savings for the company.
• Manage stores and ensure stock inventory levels are maintained to adequately meet operation needs.
• Issue purchase order and commit to purchases that are in the organization’s best interest

1. Review the requisitions with the On-Hand And on Orders quantities
(Study the requisitions with the production department to decide if it is accepted or not)
2. Change the required data in the requisitions
(Review the purchase order to change the selected supplier, expected quantity And /or any other Data)
3. Review the financial manager for the Cash Forecast
(Arrange with the finance manager for the cash needed for the required order)
4. Release the Accepted orders
