• Ensure promotions and pricing are accurate and in tune with company standards
and policies.
• Compute sale prices and discounts as applicable.
• Receive and processes cash, checks, changes and credit payments and generate
invoices and receipts.
• Package and gift wraps customer purchase.
• Place special orders in line with company policy.
• Follow the store’s after sales processes and ensures full adherence to
repair/return policies and procedures.
• Keep oneself updated on the latest product bulletins or requesting information
from merchandising staff.
• Monitor movement and stocks position of merchandise and advise the supervisor
accordingly.
• Ensure that cash and credit sales are correct and lodged in the cash office at the
end of the shift. Any irregularities should be reported to the supervisor before the
duty ends.
