Very briefly
Right from tendering, Quotation, Contract proceedings, site take over, sub-contracting, material and man power arrangements, and construction execution as per approved design and drawings, clients and consultants handling to Complete final handing over of the project, and follow up till final Invoices and payments are done.
23 gasoline station & rest areas spread around the Kingdom. Each projectrequired construction of gas stations including the fuel line supply and the underground tanks. They also included the supporting facilities, i.e. super markets(Siporex), mosque and toilets. Locations:
•Riyadh - Qassim express highway: 3
•Riyadh - Taif express highway: 3
•Riyadh - Dammam express highway: 4
•Qassim - Hail - Ola highway: 2
•Other cities and border ports including Batha, Salva, HalatAmmar, Hadisa, JadidArar& other cities of Saudi Arabia: 11
Total project value: ~SR 221 million (SR 9 million each
•Private villas in Al-Woroud area in Riyadh.
•Multi story residential and commercial tower for Center, King Fahad Road, Riyadh.
