Thermo L.L.C is a Leading Construction Contractor in UAE specialized in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Services.
My Key Responsibilities are Preparation of Internal Commercial Reports, Interim Payment Application & Variations, Reviewing and Negotiation of Subcontractor’s Valuations & Variations, Remeasurement & Participation in Commercial meetings. Following are a list of Construction Projects I have been involved in.
1. Dubai International Airport Expansion (Phase III)-Support Facility - Horse Quarantine, GSEM North & ULD Maintenance Building (SP321). (Project Value - AED. 82 million )
2. Dubai International Airport (Phase III) - Support Facility - EK Line Maintenance and FZ Maintenance Facility (SP333) (Project Value AED 36 Million)
3. Emerald Palace Kempinski Hotel (Project Value AED 120 Million)
4. Currently I am involved in following Construction Projects,
In Dubai,
a. Uptown Development at Mirdiff (Project Value AED 5 Million)
b. The Ribbon at Motor City (Project Value AED 10 Million)
In Qatar,
a. Mall of Qatar - The Cinema (Project Value QAR 35 Million)
b. Mall of Qatar - Infrastructure (Project Value QAR 12.5 Million)
c. The Pearl - Central Production Unit (Project Value QAR 3.5 Million)
d. Mall of Qatar - Labour Supply
Cost Consultancy Services (Pvt) Ltd is the first independent and ISO certified quantity surveying organization in Sri Lanka providing construction services in building and civil engineering sectors.
My Key Responsibilities were relating both to Pre & Post Contract activities comprising of Preparation of Preliminary Estimations, Quantity take off & Preparation of Bills of Quantities, Tender Evaluation, Preparation of Tender and Contract Documentation, Certification of Contractors' interim payments & Variations and attending meetings for various negotiations.
Following are a list of Construction Projects I have been involved in,
1. Aitken Spence Resort at Waskaduwa (The Sands) (Project Value - USD 10mn)
2. Browns Beach Hotel at Negombo (Project Value - USD 25mn)
3. Proposed Residence at Colombo 05 (Project Value - USD 400, 000)
Milcris Pvt Ltd is a leading Cost consultancy firm both in Oman & Sri Lanka offering project management and cost management services, including quantity surveying and project controls.
My Key Responsibilities were evaluation and certification of Contractors' Interim Payments & Variations, attending meetings for various negotiations, providing assistance to Senior Quantity Surveyor in preparation of financial reports, taking off quantities and preparation of BOQ s and preliminary estimations. Following are the Projects I have been involved in,
1. Development of Muscat and Salalah International Airports (Project Value - USD 2.6bn)
2. Dhofar University of Salalah (Project Value - USD 13mn)
My Key Responsibilities were relating both to Pre & Post Contract activities comprising of Preparation of Preliminary Estimations, Quantity take off and Preparation of Bills of Quantities, Preparation of payment applications & variations and evaluation of subcontractors’ valuation.
I contributed my efforts to following projects,
