Knowledge in motor control and hardwiring and the ability to read schematics and auxiliary system plans and trouble shooting.
•Familiar with the use and application of sensors (Sensor Technology) such as fiber optic, reflective, proximity sensors, pressure switches (Analog & Digital, Differential type)
•AC & DC Applications.
•Knowledge and informed in SCADA, Human Interface (HMI) Omron display, use of variable frequency Drivers (VFD) Vibration Controllers (NTC) such as Omron & Mitsubishi.
•Performs monthly electrical equipment inventory to protect long downtime due to unavailability of damaged machine parts and replace and maintain log sheets for monitoring machine efficiency, yield and output and conduct risk analysis studies.
•Responsible for electrical equipment co-ordination in the site and other system regarding important installation on site and issues.
•Supervise test and inspections of transformers, generators, distribution panel, capacitor banks, earthing and lighting protection systems.
•Reviews and evaluates electrical design drawings and specification prepared by consulting.
•Preparing progress reports on monthly, weekly, daily, and giving presentations.
•Prepare special reports on construction works electrical problems.
•Environment Health and safety oriented.
•Design of Distribution system, generators, transformers, capacitor banks calculation and lighting power circuit design, interior lighting, fire detection system, telephone lines, meter connection, data, low voltage electrical distribution, calculation of loads, wire capacity, circuit broken ratings, over current protection.
•Work in Low Current, fire alarm system PA/VA, CCTV, Access door System, Data/Tel, WAP, Vesda, Projector, BROAD CASTING system, B.M.S system. AHU, VAHU, RAHU, VAV, FCU, Sam Pump, FM200, DDC installation and testing commissioning
