The main task as an Export Officer are checking documents under export letters of credit, resolving discrepancies with beneficiaries and applicants, handling correspondence/ investigations related to discrepancies and payments, and having the ability to handle check reimbursement claims and settlements. Definitely, I have good knowledge of commercial letters of credit, UCP 600 and ISBP guidelines.
To liaison between IT and the business to understand both business operational and development needs, to assist with the oversight and prioritisation of IT projects. I represent the
business requirements and interests within IT, contributing to appropriate IT team, operational and development meetings.
I work to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. By defining long-term organizational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions and finding new ways to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximizing revenue. To achieve this, I need to seek new potential customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow their business. And help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
The key responsibilities are to set marketing strategies for the museum, to gain new and retain the current clients, for a variety of events and activities for children and parents, young people and students, through the platforms of social media, advertisement and direct marketing.
Working at Kingston University as an assistant with the International office; arranging and setting up activities and events for the new international students.
As a volunteer with Kingston University I have been involved in various activities with children and the elderly, assisting with their support and care. I have gained new skills in both personal and practical levels.
Throughout this course I developed my managerial skills, group work and collaboration and research techniques. My key modules were: Dissertation and Research Methods, Consultancy Practice, Buyer Behavior, E-Commerce Operations Services Marketing Strategy and Service Operations.
