5-To propose improvement scheme about the company’s organizational structural design.
6-Maintain records of all employees and provide them with all the services.
7- Preparing all new HR/Personnel forms & internal Rules and Regulations for the Group.
8-Preparing PO for certain jobs required at the office.
9-Coordinating with Group Subsidiaries for desired inputs & reports needed by MD & CEO.
10-Working on all -Gov Sites such as, Labor office, Goc, FA…….etc
