- Created and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to steer the operational work for the sales, warehousing, and production units within the socioeconomic development section.
- Participated in a 3-member taskforce with the mandate to introduce a new financial system to systemize the section’s work (including a POS system, back sales, production, inventory, and accounting).
- Systemized production equations and production formulas to control costs, resulting in more accurate forecasting and improved profit margins.
- Created and implemented The Nature Shop’s current pricing strategy based on market research, production costs, and RSCN’s long-term vision for the socioeconomic development unit.
- Annually secured funding to upgrade current workshops and product lines through the introduction of new equipment and offering production training to staff. (Netherlands Embassy, Czech Republic Embassy, Wings of Hope, and other local donors)
- Led and managed the 2015 rebranding process for Wild Jordan trademark and sub trademarks.
- Created the first sales toolkit including the Nature Shop’s first product catalog show casing all product lines (over 1000 SKUs)
- Successfully negotiated and secured the concession agreement with Airport International Group, setting up a retail sales location at Queen Alia International Airport, generating revenue of JOD 50, 000 year one reaching revenue JOD 192, 000 by year four.
- Successfully contracted 5 online ecommerce websites to showcase and sell The Nature Shop products, upon increasing demand on online retail, led the initiation of RSCN’s very own ecommerce website (currently under preparation).
- Liaised and built sustained relationships resulting in the choosing of The Nature Shop to create Royal Courts giveaways used during President Obama’s visit to Jordan, as well as supplying the giveaways upon Jordan’s chairing of the UN Security Council.
- Secured new raw material suppliers resulting in competitive purchase prices; yielding reduced production costs and increased profitability.
- Managed the first community based organic farming project resulting in local community farmers trained and internationally certified.

•Provide effective management supervision and technical guidance for the Socioeconomic Development Team (Finance, Stock &Warehouse, Production, Sales, and Marketing) and set the framework for implementing the annual work plan. (A total of 80 employees)
•Support the preparation of project proposals and other fund-raising initiatives.
•Contribute to the management of on-going projects.
•Oversee, manage, and monitor the implementation of all socio-economic development components in donor-funded projects to ensure adherence to implementation method in approved project documents.
