● Substructure( Piling 5000+, Pilecaps (upto 4500 cum vol ), Shoring, Rafts (upto 160 in numbers )
● Super structure (Columns, Beams, Precast beams Hollow core slabs, PT slabs, CIP slabs, Steel Structures, Y columns, Shortcreting, All kinds of Concrete Repairs, Ramps, water proofing, screed etc.
● WIR raising, Reviewing drawings (structural and architectural) and ensures execution of work at site as per IFC drawings.
● Steel ordering, giving weekly forecasts for the planned slabs/sections with lean dept
1. Site Supervision to ensure work quality.
2. Executing work(both Structural and Architectural) as per approved drawings.
3. Ordering Concrete, Steel and other consumable construction materials.
4. Coordination with all related Sub-contractors.
5.Coordination with MEP Sub-contractors.
6. Raising IR's and Conducting inspections
7. Making Plans and work accordingly to achieve milestones.
8. Discussing technical issues with consultant.
9. Reporting to Line Manager on daily and weekly basis.
10. verification of invoices as per work done at site.

J. False Ceiling ( Gypsum and aluminium )
K. Aluminium windows, Glass Balustrade ( Glazing ).
L. Epoxy finishes ( MEP Services and Staircases )
M. Marble
N. Swimming pools ( skimmer and overflow type)
O. Planters and Steel Structures plus their fire protection.
P. Scaffolding, Mast climbers
Q. GRP Lining
R. Landscaping ( both hard and soft )
1. Managing all concerned Sites and executing work as per approved drawings. 2. Rebar, Shuttering and block works in Rafts, Slabs, beams and columns. 3. Submitting Quotations for achieving contracts in different projects. 4. Preparing BOQ's and Invoices on Weekly Basis. 5. Coordination with Main- Contractor. 6. Instructing Concerned formen to work in sechedule for achieving targets set by main contractors.
1. Providing assistance to Sr. Project Engineer.
2. Supervising all construction work.
3. Highlighting any issue spotted in site and reporting to Project Engineer.
4. Ensuring work is Carried according to Design.
5. Submitting reports to Sr. project engineer.
