-Assisting Sales Team to drive JTG revenue by helping to qualify accounts, answer business requests, prepare and deliver solution based product presentations and deliver proof of concepts which meet customer's business requirements and needs.
-cooperates with the Account Managers to analyse current and future needs of Jordan Telecom Group customers to ensure providing best technical customised solutions and financial proposition
-responsible for handling any technical question or issue which arises during a sales cycle and to work with the Network team to resolve customer issues
-prepares, revises, and submits customized offers to the strategic Jordan Telecom Group customers and follows up on the necessary approvals to ensure .
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in
collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors,
and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
•Customizing personalized security solutions and products to meet customer’s needs
•Research, analyze, and evaluate the latest versions of our security solutions
•Overlook the process of Installing and implementing proof of concepts
•Conduct market Research, analyze the competitive environment, and study competitors’ Security Solutions in the market through conducting SWOT analysis
•Presenting market research, competitive studies, and other relevant findings to both the management and the sales team
•Manage client relationships and mitigating any arising issues and solving problems
•Manage the process of quoting and pricing of security products and their implementation
•Delivering product presentations to technical and sales managers regarding customer needs
•Conduct professional demos and presentations for Customers to ensure their understanding and satisfaction of our Solutions
•Support bidding centre and sales team in tendering and bidding process and completing RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
Engineering of Microsoft - Windows related solutions (Software & Hardware) for various project and operational needs
• Responsible for implementing, managing and enforcing information security directives and policies
• Designs and monitors cost-effective security programs for the overall security and integrity of Al-Jazzera company's data, information systems, and information networks.
• Serve as an internal information security consultant related to the assigned systems.
• Reports periodically to the Organization General Manager regarding the information privacy.
