In Cashu.com and as a Software Engineer, my job is to develop and
implement any new feature thatare requested by the product mangers, or
make changes to the current products of Cashu. any newfeature or any
change that should happen on the product by me should be using PHP
scriptinglanguage and by the help of Laravel framework .
Currently i am responsible of development of GOcardi.com, which is a
CashU.com Product.
I am a volunteer in Wawa Boot Camp as a Web Developer, we work on the website and some other web application that the community of Wawa needs .
Responsibilities
Implement and install solutions on the customer's test and live environments.
Work onsite and offsite to troubleshoot and diagnose customer reported issues on the different levels of solutions (i.e. Database, Application, Network and Communication Levels).
Act positively and respond promptly to the customer requests/tickets.
Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of technical documentation.
Perform any other job-related duties incidental to the work.
