Responsibilities include and not limited to:
1-Create, manage and implement the IT operational strategy for the organization.
2-Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
3-Marketing and sales manager duties.
4-Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team.
5-Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

13-Demonstrate strong product knowledge and ability to articulate company value proposition; ability to train sales managers to implement this within the sales teams.

2- Cloud servers and DataBase management.
3- ODOO project management.
4- Lead the customization and team task and deliverables.

1-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
2-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
3-Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
4-Ensure resource availability and allocation.
5-Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
6-Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
7-Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
8-Report and escalate to management as needed.
9-Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
10-Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
11-Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
12-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Responsibilities include and not limited to:

2-Maintains IT Database, Web servers, application servers for the organization.
3-Creates, maintains and implements IT Disaster Recovery Plan for the organization.
4-Create, Manage and maintain IT Budgets and product/application support.
5-Provide day to day support for all locations within the kingdom for IT operations.
6-Create, maintain and update product prices, discounts as per the business requirements
7-Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.
8-Plan, coordinate and negotiate in IT purchases relating WAN, LAN, IT Infrastructure, Systems Solutions, Application Support, Communication Hardware and other Server applications
9-Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
10-Works with project teams to help implement Internal Systems.
11-Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company infrastructure, and directs more junior Innovators when necessary.
12-Oversees the administration of the company WAN.
13-Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly
14-Perform other related duties as required during working hours
Responsibilities include and not limited to:
Developing insurance systems from VB3.0 (Binary Files) to VB .Net (SQL DB) include Data
Migrations, calculate reinsurance, reporting, and support.
Supporting and fixing insurance application (VB 3.0), Stock exchange Investment
System (VB 6.0) and foreign insurance system (.NET 2003)
Application Testing and training employees how to use the application.
Responsibilities include and not limited to:
Developed and implemented existed and new projects using VB.NET 2003 Windows n-tier Application mainly the following:
1- Point Of Sale System (4614 SureOne, OPOS 1.09/1.10).
2- Human Resource payroll system.
3- Loyalty Card System.
4- Purchasing System.
5- Inventory System.
6- Stock Control system.
* Reports integrated with 3rd party Enterprise Resource Planning E.R.P like Purchasing, Retail, Accounting, and Stock Control Built on ORACLE DB or SQL DB Using crystal reports.
*Application Testing and training employees how to use the systems.
