- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of structural steel and cladding to ensure the goals and objectives is accomplished within the time frames and funding parameters
- Maintain communication and attend construction meetings between client, engineers, and other subcontractors for project issues
- Responsible for all change orders and billings
- Tracking project performance relative to manpower and technical content as set and required
- Review project proposal and plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
- Fully aware of scope of work and project details in the contract
- Performs sketches, technical comparisons and similar technical work as required by assignment
- Perform quantity surveying and material take of needed for the work or any variations
- Reviews drawings supplied by vendors, clients, and engineers and recommends necessary changes or modifcations
- Fully aware of safety procedures relative to engineering project environments (i.e. fall protection, confined space entry, personal protective equipment, or hot works)

- Design for various project elements
- Supervise and manage steel erection
- Provide technical support for site activities
- Conduct reports on the work progress in order to anticipate any possible delays with regards to planned tasks
- Coordinate/liaising with the handing over of completed works to client/subcontractors and completion of the necessary rectification works
- Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by contractors
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress and coordinating activities
- Making sure the project complies with requirements and specifications
- Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction which affect the quality of works performed
- Steel detailing

•Connection Design using the Software’s and Manual calculations.
•Element design for lifting process.
•Erection methodology for project.
•Checking of G.A & fabrication Drawings and project coordination.
•Control and maintain the design standard of the products.
•Attending meetings with client and consultant.
• Preparation of the design reports and CAD details.
•Checking drawings for accuracy and errors.
•Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings & Specification.
•Knowledge in Material take off & detailing using Tekla.

- Soil, aggregate and rock laboratory testing
- Concrete and bitumen testing
- Interpretive reporting of field and laboratory test results

-Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
-Ensuring that all construction requirements are fulfilled
-Manage, supervise and initiate civil works and can interpret plans for implementation
-Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
-Preparing reports as required
