• Develop and control a customized maintenance program.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance, the application of airworthiness directives, the replacement of service life limited parts, and component inspection to ensure the work is carried out properly.
• Prepare related tasks required to be performed in the scheduled check per aircraft including SBs, ADs, modifications, and maintenance. After accomplishment of the work, receives accomplished package with the associated CRS and sign-offs.
• Ensure that any life-limited part installed meets the applicable airworthiness Standards.
• Manage, keep and archive all continuing airworthiness records and/or operator's Technical Logs are retained.

• Ensure that the weight and balance statement reflects the current status of the aircraft.
• Ensure that all maintenance is carried out in accordance with the approved maintenance program.
• Ensure that all defects discovered during scheduled maintenance or reported are corrected.
• Review the MMEL in conjunction with Flight Operations, Up Date, process and finalize the MEL revision for maintenance items, and finally obtain CAA approval.
• Maintain an accurate system of A/C Tech. records and supervise and monitor the hours.
• Prepare Hangar Visit Plane which contained all scheduled tasks in the year with man hour and parts.
• Prepare production planning.
• Familiar to work with Computerized Aircraft Maintenance Programs CAMP system.
