Middle East Team leader responsible for two main projects for (Umniah Jordan & STC Saudi Arabia) main responsibilities are as follows:
• Responsible for whole projects planning and delivery.
• Responsible for whole projects initial setup and expansions.
• Conduct network measurements tests using drive test tools from SwissQual (Benchmarker I, Benchmarker II, Freerider III and Ranger) to identify coverage, voice KPIs & data KPIs. Further information at Projects Experience section.
• Analysis of collected data and validating data after post-processing before submitting for customers.
• Responsible for preparing and conducting executive presentation to Umniah’s upper management.
• Responsible for training Systemics Jordan team and Umniah’s RF team to use SwissQual tools.
• Developing prospects and client profiling: developing new contacts and identifying major decision makers.
• Responsible for all aspects of new client relations establishment, follow-up and account management
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
• Coordinating sales projects, Planning and forecasting of product sales.
• Conducting portfolio analysis and competitor research and analysis.
• Responsible for the management and handling of the RFI/RFP response documents
- Boosting Cellusys’s Brand and Enhance the Business at global level.
- Setting new business plan targeting all telecom operators around the globe, Acquisition of New Customers in EMEA & LATAM regions, creating opportunities in a very competitive market, also responsible for Building Cellusys’s customer value proposition.
Leading Telephoenic sales team, building and developing strong relationships with customer’s from scratch, dealing remotely till now with high level profiles from (CMO’s, CCO’s, Senior managers & managers of VAS, marketing, sales & social media “Focusing on African & ME markets”).
Boosting Telephoenic’s Brand & Leading all aspects of the sales process from creating potential prospect customers, provision of qualified leads & business development to meet customers’ requirements till closing the deal.
As a RF engineer trainee I was involved in under supervisor for designing clusters for network coverage, weekly site checking when there is tower problem like over shooting, also make the best solution for coverage problems and challenges on site, furthermore I was involved in making survey for contracting local BSS for “ Rmaneen Prison”.
Achieving Bachelor's in Communication Engineering one year earlier than my colleagues (almost 5% of the class can do it),
