• Ensure all accounts receivable transactions (sales & customer payments) are posted to the general ledger in the correct accounting period.
• Follow-up with sales managers and customers to ensure that payments are received on time.
• Responsible for accounts payable invoices to be processed in a timely manner.
• Handling intercompany invoices
• Responsible for all bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations
• Ensure all import documentations are received and reconciled to the customs authority.
• Prepare journal vouchers for accruals and prepayments
• Ensure all VAT returns are submitted before the due dates
• Review Trial Balance on a weekly basis
• Handling Month-End Closing Activities
• Responsible for IKTVA activities
• Prepare all company’s accounts for the annual audit
