In 2017, an individual practice was established to provide services mainly for personalized houses. In 2022, it was transformed into a Partnership aiming for good architectural practice.
The practice is focused on fully completed architectural design with each and every detail which enhances the conceptual theme, on-time working, and continuous unique attempt throughout the entire process from the start of the design to completion of the real physical entity while fulfilling the clients' aspirations creating a comfortable and peaceful built environment which are compatible with functional aspects.
We believe in efficient personalized service on individual projects from simple dwelling houses to multidisciplinary building complexes from inception to completion and handing over. To achieve this, we carefully follow the client's requirements, related environment, architecture, and new construction methods using the latest technology and aesthetic solutions.
Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.
Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them
interpret design specifications.
Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and those project
requirements are met.
Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.
Initially worked as a Project Architect to perform construction administration services including building inspections, exterior restoration projects, initial design stages, design development, participation in proposal presentations, etc.
As Project Architect:
Oversee the development and implementation of architectural designs for a project
Coordinate the activities of a project design team to ensure timely and effective completion of construction
Supervise project design operations to ensure compliance with established specifications and standards
Reviewing and making necessary adjustments on shop drawings
Production of construction documents, architectural details, and procedures for construction
Handle administrative and technical functions while working on small-scale projects
As Project Architect (Junior):
Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
Developing and presenting project proposals.
Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Development of Detail Drawings, 3D images, Sketches, and Construction Drawings under the supervision of the Senior Architect.
