Key contract from ArRiyadh Development Authority in Saudi Arabia is for the design, construction and commissioning of a major Metro Project in Riyadh at budget of $5, 941.93 million by ArRiyadh New Mobility Consortium, which includes Larsen & Toubro, Nesma and partners, Ansaldo STS, Bombardier Transportation Ltd, Impregilo S.p.A...
The metro system includes the commissioning of approximately 41 km of driverless train operation. It involves the construction of VIA-duct, tunnels, 09 no’s Elevated and 08 no’s underground stations 03 shallow station, 02 depots, roads and CCTV and PA systems.

Designation: MEP s construction manager
Key Responsibility:
1. Worked for 13 months for review of ‘design- reports / design calculation and drawings of LV system - electrical, BMS, & fire Alarm system of deep underground and elevated stations and tunnel in respect of projects tech specs and defined standard. Preparing comments review sheets (CRS) of LV system, workshop discussion with designer.
(2) Now working as a Station MEP construction manager for deep underground station 3E6 with a team. Managed to complete MEP construction work on elevated station 3B1 on time with my team.
(2) Contractor management and site activity management for the MEP construction.
(3) Implementation of Construction Plan (3 months look ahead)/quality/HSE
(4) Get approval (IR) of the MEP construction from Client
(5) Coordination between contractor/design team/EWG

DG), Electrical Bus Duct (250 meter), Co2 flooding system in electrical panel and Lifts (08 nos.) as per contract and Technical specification. Site 1: Indira Gandhi International Airport, T-3, Delhi (largest project)

Responsibility: Site construction Engineer for Baggage handling system (BHS)
Key responsibility: L&T subcontracted BHS System to SIEMENS. I worked as Construction project engineer for the site construction heading erection of steel structure, mechanical (conveyors, sorter, vertical diverter, plough diverters and inline screening etc.) and electrical (Panel, cable and cable tray, PLC) system of BHS on arrival and departure level with our subcontractor - Siemens BHS construction team.
* coordination with civil to avail front to Siemens, * material monitoring and follow-up, *monitoring for construction of electrical/structure/conveyors for all line/sorter/induction/sorters/L-1 & L3 X-ray machine/check in counters etc. as per GFC/Shops drawing and insuring quality work on site.*material approval by client. *Implementation HSE norms for site execution. *Daily progress report preparation, *evaluation for manpower requirement for the specific job, *visiting to fabrication vendor yard for materials fabrication and vendor motivation. * escalating interface issues before interface manager for proper solution. Involvement as an area in-charge in various meetings. Key person to hand over the project to client after completion and looked DLP period as in-charge. *witnessing various test of pre-commissioning and commissioning of the installed system as per ITP. Test for
Conveyor load test, Electrical panel pre-commissioning/commissioning, special test for various sensor, ORAT and TOT test etc.
*Additional responsibility awarded by package Head: HSE representative for HSE implementation on site 100% project involvement.
Achievement: Appraisal: received appraisal for the implementation of grid wise color coding on steel structure (for steel hangers, different types of bracket, beam, chequered plate etc.) for segregation during storage of huge quantity of steel structures which were dumped on site. This was a big problem to search materials for installation. Promotion and hike in salary for achieving key dates on time.
