RECRUITMENT:

Grievance Handling:
 To interact with employees on a proactive basis with the objective of handling issues at the start and to intervene wherever necessary to ensure smooth functioning of work.

Training and development:
 Coordinating with the departments for behavioral and technical training.
 Ensure medical staff attends CME (Continuous Medical Education) sessions and maintain the CME requirements as per DHA rules & regulations.

 Coordinated with Medical Director to ensure clinic follows the DHA (Dubai Health Authority) & Dubai Municipality rules and regulations.
 Active team member in preparing the clinic for the Weyak Inspection from DHA.
 Managed the online access of the clinic in the MOH (Ministry of Health) website. Handled the online approvals for Company website, Medical Advertisements, Brochures, or service promotions.
 As Quality Controller to ensure the clinic meets the standards of quality and in preparing the necessary policies and procedures for the clinic.
 Handled and involved in the Clinic day to day operations for more than a year until taken over by the Clinic Manager

It was headed by our GM, Mr.Naaman Abou Mrad. Being the HR Officer ( Manager) I was reporting directly to the GM. There were a total of 150 employees in the organization working for this group at different branches in Dubai. The company is also into school catering services in Dubai. The major responsibility included recruitment of the staff for different positions in the restaurant and the other branches of the organization. The manpower planning was done by coordinating with Operations Head. A total recruitment process was looked into for finally recruiting the suitable candidates for the organization. Issue of job offer letters and initial joining formalities was done for the new joinees.

Identify the required training needs and coordinating with training sources helped in improving the performance of the employees.
The Day to Day HR activities, letters, renewal of the official docs were all looked into and coordinated with the concerned person for the same. Exit formalities were handled as part of the responsibility.

An Employee Handbook was prepared for the organization with all company policies and procedures. Added to it provided advice, assistance and follow up on company policies and procedures.
