Client Cash Management
• Monitoring, approving, and reviewing daily cash payments (e.g.,
SWIFT, CHAPS, BACS) on behalf of clients such as 7IM and Raymond
James.
• Reconciling balances and bank nominals to identify breaks in TLM and
resolve them.
• Reviewing Swift messages to identify the reason for cancellation of
payments and update the client details to process the payment, such
as MT199.
• Efficiently resolved client queries related to incoming funds and
applied the funds to the account using SFT.
• Streamlined onboarding by arranging access and designing a
comprehensive cross-training plan for new team members.

• Migrated the Cayman Island clients to India and stabilized the process with smooth onboarding on the live date.
• Calculating the NAV of mutual and hedge funds and disseminating NAV to stakeholders
• Working on new fund launches, setups, new expense accrual setups, and interacting with other teams.
• Expert in month-end closing activities of hedge funds like MTMI, book closing, and trade validation checks.
• Full responsibility for the fund accounting process, including reconciliation of the ledger to the sub-ledger, cash balances & positions, and performing various fee calculations, such as Management fees and Performance fees.
• Led a team of 12, overseeing performance management, conducting year-end appraisals, strategizing work allocation, and managing client escalations to ensure seamless operations and high team engagement.

• Performed reconciliations of derivative products like Interest rate
swaps, FX trades, equities and swaptions between client and BAML -
Matching trades, investigating MTM (Marked to market) differences,
legal entity and resolving breaks using TRI RESOLVE.
• Reach out to clients to collect the required information to onboard
them under CFTC and EMIR regulations.
• Providing a summary of the investigation to the client regarding the
margin call disputes.

• Conducted cash, position, and market value reconciliations for
European clients.
• Reviewed pricing and corporate actions, ensuring compliance with
IFRS.
• Worked closely with auditors and client service teams to resolve
discrepancies.

• Managed middle office operations across equities, fixed income, and
derivatives.
