Job Description
• Handling Stock, Direct and Re- invoicing orders.
• Coordinating with more than 25 customers daily for stock, direct and re-invoicing orders.
• Updating price details to sales managers from the software available.
• Sending quotations to customers after discussing with sales managers.
• Once the Purchase order is received from customer, raising sales orders and coordinating with logistics team for delivery of orders.
• Coordinating with logistics team for deliveries done and pending deliveries.
• Updating sales managers on stock shortage and maintain sufficient stock level.
• Track good receipt numbers and maintaining stock reports and send monthly reports on in and out sales to the whole team.
• Conducting monthly sales meetings and give update on stock level available and orders which needs to be placed.
• Raise Purchase orders in case of re-invoicing orders.
• Timely update to customers over phone and emails regarding order status for Stock, Direct and Re-invoicing orders.
• Follow up with supplier and logistics team depending on the order nature for shipment details and provide the information to customer.
• Follow up with suppliers as well as internal team members for the copy documents and original documents status and provide the same to relevant data to clear the shipment.
• Calculate profit or loss percentage and update sales managers.
• Coordinating with logistics team for delivery of first product came in so that FIFO can be maintained.
• Following up with customers for payment and send payment status reports to sales managers.
• Coordinating with accounts team for payment and update sales managers.
• Coordinating with the concerned teams for end to end process of sales.

Providing Assignment services and data management services globally to Human capital and Business Tax Compliance groups within Ernst & Young.
Within the Assignment Initiation & Repatriation team
• Coordinating with the Client and Assignees for details.
• Coordinating with the engagement team with their queries regarding assignees and process details.
• Training juniors on the process and providing them relevant information.
• Contacting assignees and collecting relevant data.
• Documentation of the details, saving the details in specific folders.
