I am a Global People & Culture partner, working with Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations teams in North America, UK, and Europe to streamline performance, engagement and talent management activities. In my role, I,
- Support the Employee Experience teams by providing data based analytical support to set up initiatives that achieve business priorities, and foster long-term growth of employees within the organization.
- Manage the performance management processes including performance reviews, succession planning, career path development etc.
- Oversee employee relations and talent management processes and decisions to reduce risk, and tackle all high-exposure cases to ensure top tier support
- Act as a key leader within the People & Culture team to create seamless processes across geographies
· Ran the annual performance appraisal & salary revision cycle for ~1400 employees nation wide
· Worked on redesigning the Special Retention & Long-Term Incentive Plan for leadership team and
critical roles to stay competitive with organizations in life insurance industry
· Identified and implemented Group Benefits including Insurance, Total Wellness Plan to enhance
employee experience while maintaining financial prudence
· End to end Business Partnering for three subsidiary companies of Kotak across four business lines
(Investment Banking, Institutional Research & Trading, Alternate Investment Funds, & Private
Investment Advisory) consisting of over 400 employees in total
· Supported leadership one-on-one with people insights, fulfilling recruitment needs, and overcoming
engagement challenges for the ultra-intelligent workforce
Designed and implemented a centralized Onboarding process for new
employees. Currently heading the Onboarding COE for all regions.
* Managed the annual Performance Assessment cycle for two years in a row
for over 1700 employees.
* Designed and implemented 30-60-90 Early Engagement check-in program
as a preemptive measure to attrition of Key Resources.
Responsibilities:
* Designed and conducted Induction Program on a weekly basis.
* End-to-end implementation of the Onboarding module of Success Factors.
* Prepare, present Quarterly HR MIS using human capital metrics to
anticipate and identify trends, risks, and needs to MD and Chairman.
* Handling overall HR Operations for Head Office and site locations,
including updating and preparing new policies and practices.

Godrej (GCPL) Summer Intern
Developed a new business line for InVivo - a French agricultural co-op.
* Created a business model and launch strategy using hydroponics
technology for new urban farming business.
