over 4300 square meters. It is designed to serve local (60 dental chairs G+4) will be
constructed over an area, in ground floor we are constructed and design for blends and

* Thumbay Rehabilitation center development on a 3000 square meter plot with a built
capacity of over 3500 square meters. It is designed to serve local Hydrotherapy lab,

pediatric activity, speech therapy, hearing aid fitting, speech language, audio meter,
Physiotherapy consultant, Group therapy, Driving simulation etc., (G+4) will be

*Thumbay Villa development on a 3000 square meter plot with capacity of over 5000
square meters. It is designed to 3 different kinds of building with basements, swimming
pool, landscaping, furnished full teak works and import glass and other materials,
security and house maid accommodation. located in sharjah.
* Thumbay Housing project includes a hotel, separate hostels for boys and girls and staff
accommodation over an area 25000 square meter plot with capacity of over 85, 000
square meter. The housing project includes the Terrace restaurant, Body & soul health
club & Spa and blends and brews coffee shop. including 5000 cars parking's allocated for
this project.
Responsibilities:
* Preparation and certification of subcontractors claims based on allowable and contract
terms & condition.
* Preparing all variation orders to subcontract work and keep record of approved variations
form Management.
* Preparation Subcontractors contract charges and Maintaining contra schedule until
finalize the final account.
* Finalization of Subcontractors final account
* Identification of Main contract variation by auditing contract and construction documents
for rate analysis of the same (If any new item) get approval from Consultant.
* Preparation and submission of Main Contractor variation to Consultant
* Coordination with Consultant/Client to obtain variation approval.
* Keep all records and information of the projects (Current project & previous projects)
under safe custody, until the project final account completion.
* Preparing Comparative statement for Consultant approval against the payment
application.
* Monthly valuations with all supporting documents and submission of the same to
Consultant.
* Maintain progress schedule and cash flow chart.
* Well study of contract drawings and find out discrepancies notification.
* All disputed items are analyzed with Subcontractors and amicability can be resolved.
Further verification of the measurement & Quantity, join visit with subcontractor shall be
arranged.
* Involving well analysis for main contract back to back variations to the subcontractor
claims
* Attendance at Construction meetings and subcontract meetings
