• Responsible for trade confirmation in timely manner and ISDA Compliance for T and by T+1 Confirmation
• Trade amendments where necessary: Economic fields and Non Economic amendments & carrying out 4 eye checks on the amendments
• Ensuring escalations on Aged issues also reporting Risk breaks to senior management (Thrice a day) with follow up call to discuss the updates
• Closely liaise across business groups of Documentation, Settlements team, Risk and PnL teams on resolving queries relevant to them
• GOBSS reconciliations: To ensure minimal/zero differences in ledger balances between BO system & the
sub-ledger systems.
• Reconciliation was to ensure the ledger balances were aligned to their respective cost centers.
• Month-end BSS: Balance sheet substantiation between Integrity and Sub-ledger system balances for Equity
Derivatives, explain differences if any & unsubstantiated unexplained balances.
• Frankfurt regulatory reporting: Ensure timely reporting of GME trades to Frankfurt regulator Bundesbank
• Designated an SME for the process and trained all new joinees & existing team members
